It was 1:47 AM when Aarav’s phone vibrated. A voice note. From his best friend, Kabir. But Aarav froze when he saw the time stamp. Kabir had died… two days ago. His hands started shaking as he stared at the screen. The same number. The same profile picture. Slowly, he pressed play. For a few seconds, there was nothing. Just static.
